Submersible Slurry Pump ZJQ Series

Suitable for: Applications where the slurry pool is deep and submersible operations are required to extract slurry from the pool. Generally, the shaft length of submerged slurry pumps cannot meet the design requirements (due to the deep slurry pool), and self-priming pumps have insufficient head and poor wear resistance.

Structural Features:

    1. Vertical, single-stage single-suction, single pump casing and double pump casing (internal wear-resistant, external pressure-bearing, with convenient and quick spare parts replacement);

    2. Wide flow passage, excellent anti-clogging performance, and superior cavitation resistance;

    3. Compared to ordinary submerged slurry pumps and self-priming pumps, it has higher flow rate and head, can be installed in a suspended or bottom-mounted manner, is not affected by the depth of the slurry pool, is not affected by the shaft length, and can maximize the evacuation of the slurry pool;

    4. The motor sealing part adopts mechanical seals to ensure continuous operation without leakage under optimal industrial and mining conditions;

    5. Simple installation and operation;

    6. The product is designed using CAD design methods, with excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration and noise, and convenient maintenance.

    7 The flow passage components are made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron that is resistant to strong erosion (different materials can be used according to different industrial and mining conditions), resulting in a low wear rate of the product;
