Foam pump, centrifugal slurry pump

The foam pump is a special centrifugal slurry pump developed specifically for the flotation process. With a double pump casing structure and tangential feed port design, it can effectively handle abrasive slurry containing foam. Its flow-through components are made of hard nickel, high-chromium or rubber materials, which are both wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It is suitable for the flotation process in industries such as mining, metallurgy and chemical engineering. This pump supports multiple transmission types and can still maintain stable operation under unstable slurry supply conditions.

It adopts a modular dual pump casing structure. The front pump casing can be quickly replaced with linings of different materials to adapt to the characteristics of the medium. The transmission components are compatible with the EVM(R) type slurry pump. It is equipped with SP type bearing assemblies and an open impeller design. The five-blade structure can handle media containing solid particles with a diameter of 38mm. The funnel-shaped material box is equipped with a tangential feed opening, which, in combination with the overflow box design, effectively eliminates the foam in the slurry.
